Northgate have introduced a new community investment policy which includes a community investment scheme, Community Link. The scheme offers every permanent Northgate employee 1 day's paid leave to participate in team community-related activity. The aim of the scheme is to give employees the opportunities to support good causes that are important to them collectively in their local area.

Staff at Northgate Information Solutions in Hemel Hempstead have recently given the local Mencap office a "Changing Rooms" experience! Staff and volunteers at the charity are delighted with the result.
