A crystal trophy and a cheque was presented by the High Sheriff of Hertfordshire, Janie Wentworth-Stanley.
What makes this award very special is that nominations can only be made by volunteers. These three organisations received glowing reports from their volunteers about the way they were welcomed, supported and appreciated.
