Registering your organisation and voluntary opportunities
Volunteer Centres in Hertfordshire offer services to hundreds of voluntary and statutory organisations throughout the county.
We can help groups that involve volunteers in the following ways:-
- advertising voluntary opportunities and recruiting volunteers
- providing information, guidance and training in volunteer management
If we are to find volunteers for your group, we need really good information from you, so be sure to keep us up to date. Please phone or email your local Centre with regular updates. If your organisation is not already registered with a Herts Volunteer Centre, please download registration forms by clicking the links below. Once completed send them to your nearest Volunteer Centre.
Registering your organisation and your voluntary opportunities is easy but we do need lots of information. If your opportunity covers more than 1 district of Hertfordshire we can notify the relevant Volunteer Centres so you don't have to fill out the forms more than once.
- Organisation registration form
- Voluntary opportunity registration form. We need 1 form for each different opportunity.
Links will take you to Word versions of the forms.
If you would prefer them as pdf files, please click here :- Organisation form pdf / Opportunity form pdf
Sports Clubs can benefit from registering with Volunteer Centres. Click here for details.
All Centres in Hertfordshire use V-Base which holds information about organisations and voluntary opportunities. This information is uploaded to the national volunteering database on www.do-it.org
50% of new volunteers come through do-it!
