6 training sessions based on the Excellence in Volunteer Management model were delivered in Hertfordshire in February and March 2010. Locations were St Albans, Rickmansworth, Hemel Hempstead, Elstree, Letchworth and Hertford.

83 people who are directly involved in managing volunteers attended and rated the sessions as good to excellent.
